The Stihl RM 448 VC 18" Petrol Lawnmower is a compact but powerful machine that offers impressive performance when mowing medium-sized lawns, and is ergonomically designed with domestic users in mind. Lightweight and manoeuvrable compared to heavier machines, the RM 448 VC is perfect for quickly and easily mowing the entire garden, especially aided as it is by the Vario-speed self-propelled system which allows the mower to be driven by simply engaging the drive lever. Several drive speeds can be selected by operating the handy Vario lever. No more tired arms and legs from hauling your old push mower around and fighting to get it uphill, simply engage the handle and allow the mower to carry itself forward, even on inclines.
Featuring a top of the range Briggs & Stratton engine, this machine will have no trouble starting on the first pull, whether it's a cold or warm start. In addition, a robust and lightweight polymer housing ensures that the RM 448 VC can take no small amount of abuse, so if you accidentally steer it into a wall, it's not the end of the world. When the job is done and it's time to put the mower away, the process will surely be painless with the single button that allows the handlebar to fold down and rest on top of the mower body, making the whole thing even smaller and easier to store in the shed.
